Invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) – Construction of Technical Infrastructure Works for Component Project 1

CYoung Vietnam Investment Development Joint Stock Company is the developer of the Northwest New Urban Area Development Project in Bao An Ward, Khanh Hoa Province. As part of the project's implementation programme, the Company is commencing the construction of the technical infrastructure works for Component Project 1 and is seeking experienced and capable contractors to participate in the execution of this construction package.

Following the initial engagement programme with seven interested contractors, including technical discussions and site inspections, the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Northwest New Urban Area Development Project has officially issued the Invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) together with the EOI documentation to contractors that have registered their interest in participating in the supply of construction materials and equipment, as well as the execution of Package No. 01 – Technical Infrastructure Works for Component Project 1 of the Northwest New Urban Area Development Project, Bao An Ward, Khanh Hoa Province.

Following the submission of the Expressions of Interest (EOI), the Project Management Unit (PMU) will promptly initiate the contractor evaluation and selection process in accordance with the Developer's procurement procedures and the applicable regulatory requirements.
